Venue
The Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library is located in the historic building of the Synod in the center of St. Petersburg, not far from St. Isaac's Cathedral, the Admiralty and the Bronze Horseman. The magnificent architectural ensemble opposite of the Senate Square was built in 1835 in accordance with the project of famous Italian master Carl Rossi.
The ceremonial hall-atrium with a total area of about 800 sq. meters and a gallery on the second floor will welcome about five hundred ball guests from different countries.
